Position Overview
The Connection Coordinator is the heartbeat of the Let's Play family experience. This role serves as the primary point of contact for families from first inquiry through ongoing care, ensuring every family feels seen, supported, and informed at every touchpoint.
Beyond family advocacy, the Connection Coordinator owns the day-to-day flow of the clinic: managing schedule integrity, coordinating the intake pipeline, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for children and their families. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that requires equal parts warmth, organization, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is active, organized, compassionate, child-centered, and able to transition smoothly between environments and responsibilities, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Confidentiality & Compliance - Handles all PHI and family information with discretion and HIPAA compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing healthcare, education, or social services role.
- Professional discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable engaging with children of all ages and developmental levels.
- Excellent attention to detail; able to follow multi-step processes consistently.
- Ability to follow directions from clinicians and maintain professional boundaries.
- This is a front-facing role; professional appearance and demeanor are required at all times.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
