Duties
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.

- Monitor children's behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and nap time.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging social skills and emotional growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in various settings such as daycare, preschool, or babysitting is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development is essential.
- First aid certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held is required.
- Experience with behavior management techniques to support children's emotional needs is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively with children with disabilities or special needs is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills to engage with both children and parents effectively.
