Let's Pickle is Lincoln's first indoor pickle ball restaurant. We will feature 6 indoor courts, a full service restaurant and bar, private dining room, patio, and retail area. Our mission is to provide a fun and inviting environment for all types of players as well as serve amazing food and drink. We strive to create experiences for our guests with great service, welcoming staff, and providing product that not only delivers on taste but value as well. We are hiring for all front of house positions including front desk, server, and bartenders.
Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk applicants to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service by creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests and team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, checking in guests for courts, and maintaining a clean and organized area.
Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Assist in catering events as required, providing services that meet the needs of the event.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations and promote responsible drinking.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
- Time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours.
- Experience with sales techniques to promote retail or events can enhance guest experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
