Duties
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events; prep, execution, and recap
- Develop and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effective planning and execution.
- Conduct research to identify potential venues, vendors, and event trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and email marketing campaigns for events.
- Utilize digital marketing strategies to enhance event visibility and engagement.
- Oversee on-site event management to ensure all elements are executed as planned.
- Evaluate the success of each event through performance marketing metrics and client feedback.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for future events.

Requirements
- Proven experience in event coordination or related field.
- Strong skills in product management and budgeting.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in advertising and content marketing is a plus.
- Excellent research skills to identify trends and opportunities in the event industry.
- Strong sales skills to negotiate contracts with vendors and sponsors.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for design tasks related to events.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as required by events.
