Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Possess a positive attitude.
- Ability to provide personalized sales interactions with our customers while maintaining honesty and integrity.
- Deliver excellent customer service while being courteous and knowledgeable of the full suite of AT&T products and services.
- Demonstrate and persuasively suggest options suitable for the customer’s needs.
- Ability to work a minimum of 37 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to operate personal computer and wireless devices.
- Adhere to team uniform while maintaining neat and professional appearance.
- Represent our company and AT&T brand with courtesy and integrity.
- Achieve sales benchmarks.
- Assist in maintaining store inventory, basic sanitizing procedures and the merchandising of products.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and handle customer requests and/or complaints.
