We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist who’s half strategist, half creator—and all-in on making brands matter online. Someone who doesn’t just scroll—they study, spot trends before they trend, and know how to turn ideas into impact.
This role blends planning, posting, writing, reporting, and thinking. You’ll manage accounts, build calendars, pitch ideas, write the copy, and launch paid strategies that drive real results. You need to be creative. Tactical. Client-savvy. And quick on your feet.
- Build and own content plans and calendars across multiple platforms.
- Write copy that clicks—captions, hashtags, callouts, and more.
- Manage day-to-day social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, whatever’s next).
- Execute paid social strategies—audience targeting, A/B testing, performance tracking.
- Stay ahead of trends, memes, formats, and moments—we don’t play catch-up.
- Work directly with clients to align on goals, keep comms tight, and steer creative direction.
- Bring creative content ideas to the table weekly. Then help make them happen.
- Track performance, analyze insights, and turn learnings into action.
- Think fast, solve problems, and thrive in a high-speed, no-hand-holding environment.
- 2–4 years of experience in social, marketing, or digital content.
- A natural copywriter and sharp communicator—concise, clever, and on-brand.
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and whatever’s next.
- Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc).
- Proactive, organized, and dependable—you get sh*t done.
- Obsessed with culture, plugged into niche communities, always thinking 3 steps ahead.
- Strong creative instincts with the work ethic to match.
