Let’s Be Friends is a creative studio operating out of Charlotte, Los Angeles, and New York City. We make physical products, visceral experiences, and world-class digital content for brands that actually matter.
We’re 20 people doing the work most agencies need 100 for. Everyone touches the work.
This role sits at the center of everything we do. Strategy isn’t a separate function here. It’s the starting point for the ideas that actually make it into the world.
What You’ll Do- Develop creative strategies for brands, campaigns, and product launches
- Turn insights into clear, compelling ideas that can be executed
- Lead concept development from early thinking through execution
- Work across creative, production, and client teams to bring ideas to life
- Pitch ideas in the room and defend them
- Identify cultural moments, trends, and opportunities relevant to our clients
- Help shape content, campaigns, and experiences that reach real audiences
- Build decks, narratives, and frameworks that make ideas land
- You must be a shark
- You have strong opinions about brands, culture, and what works
- You can clearly connect business objectives to creative output
- You’ve made things and put them into the world
- You move fast and figure things out without being told
- You’re comfortable owning work from zero
- You can present ideas confidently and take feedback well
- Experience in an agency or brand-side creative/strategy role
- A portfolio of real work across campaigns, content, or brand strategy
- Understanding of social, paid media, or content ecosystems
- Strong writing and storytelling ability
- Experience working directly with clients
- Real work on global brands, not hypothetical projects
- Direct access to how high-level creative and strategy gets made
- The speed of learning that comes from being close to everything
