Are you a responsible, well-adjusted adult with a main job or steady routine who wants reliable extra income to hit your financial or personal goals?
At Let It Shine! (locally owned since 2002 and trusted across Northern Colorado), we specifically seek Goal-Getters — driven people willing to trade some free time for meaningful part-time work in quiet, professional buildings.
We provide full paid training — no prior cleaning experience required. The work is active and hands-on (think getting your steps in while making spaces shine and extra $), low-stress, and independent, with clients not typically present during shifts.
Current Openings (all part-time):
1. Morning Shift - Fort Collins (Mon - Fri, early morning Tues) ~15-17 hours/week. Perfect for early risers, or consistent weekday mornings.
2. Morning Shift - Greeley (Mon - Fri) ~15 hours/week. Perfect for early risers, or consistent weekday mornings.
3. Morning/Day Shift – Fort Collins (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat) ~10.5 hours/week, starting ~8 am. Ideal for parents, early risers, or consistent weekday mornings.
4. Evening Shift – Loveland/Fort Collins Area (Mon–Fri) ~12-13 hours/week, after 5:30 PM starts. Perfect for those with daytime jobs who want active evenings.

Basic Requirements:
- No experience needed — we train you
- Reliable vehicle auto insurance
- Able to pass a background check
- Speak English and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Dependable, positive attitude, and pride in quality results
Typical Tasks: Trash/recycling, dusting, restroom cleaning/restocking, backpack vacuuming, microfiber mopping (or riding scrubber).
