What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Veterinarian position at Lester Prairie Vet Clinic?
The Lester Prairie Vet Clinic, located 45 miles west of Minneapolis, is looking to grow our hard-working team. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality medicine and client education. We are looking for an Associate Veterinarian to practice companion animal medicine, dentistry and surgery. An opportunity is available if interested in bovine/small ruminant practice as well. Interest in surgery and advanced surgery training would be great, but is not required. We offer state of the art in house lab equipment (CBC, Chemistry, urinalysis) and an outside lab that provides excellent, rapid results as well as complimentary consultation services. We offer digital radiographs as well as digital dental radiographs. Excellent mentorship is offered to new grads as well as established veterinarians. Anticipated hours are 32-40 hrs/week with no companion animal on call duties. Lester Prairie Vet Clinic has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 35 years and opened a brand new facility in April of 2018 at our longtime location.
