We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead our team and elevate the guest experience in our full-service hotel at Holiday Inn Sioux Falls-City Centre.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting front-line food & beverage team members during daily operations
- Helping create a positive, team-focused environment where service standards are consistently met
- Ensuring smooth service flow in restaurants, bars, and banquet spaces
- Working closely with leadership to maintain quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
- Jumping in where needed—this is a working supervisor role, not a desk job
What We’re Looking For
- Someone with hospitality or F&B experience who enjoys leading by example
- A calm, solution-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a team-first approach
- Ability to support both guests and team members with professionalism and consistency
