Role Description
The Salesperson at Lester Glenn Auto Group will proactively assist customers in finding vehicles that meet their needs while delivering an exceptional car-buying experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Toms River, NJ. Responsibilities include building rapport with customers, understanding their preferences, presenting vehicle options, arranging test drives, negotiating purchase terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction during and after the sales process. The role demands a commitment to delivering the "Lester Glenn Experience" through outstanding service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and closing strategies, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
