Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative in our Automotive BDC Sales Call Center, you will engage with customers via phone, email, and text about vehicles, appointments, and dealership services. This is a non-selling, customer support-focused role, perfect for those interested in customer service, call center, sales support, and automotive dealership careers.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls, online inquiries, and internet leads
- Provide vehicle and dealership information (after training)
- Schedule and manage customer appointments
- Conduct follow-up communication with potential buyers
- Support the sales team with updates and appointment coordination
- Perform clerical and data-entry tasks
- Work a full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends
