We’re a new construction painting company serving the Green Bay area, and we’re looking for a dependable painter who understands that great results start with proper preparation and finish with a clean, professional job site.

What You'll Do
- Complete interior new consturction painting projects.
- Properly prepare surfaces, including sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, masking, and priming.
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment as appropriate.
- Produce clean cut lines, smooth finishes, and consistent coverage.
- Protect customers’ floors, furniture, fixtures, and belongings.
- Identify surface issues and address them before painting.
- Keep work areas clean and organized throughout each project.
- Complete assigned work efficiently while meeting our quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
- Follow proper safety procedures and care for company equipment.
