Position : Catering Chef
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Works closely with private customers and event planners to prepare a variety of food for a variety of functions and events as per client requirements and specifications.
- Provide the highest possible standard of catering to the clients by managing all aspects of catering provision.
- Assisting with catering menu when necessary
- Maintaining a safe, hygienic and sanitary work environment
- Manage food inventory and purchasing while controlling food costs
Preparing food items in a timely manner

Salary Range (NY only) : $62,400 - $80,000 per year
