Position: Utility/ Kitchen Worker
Location: 3080 Broadway, New York, NY 10027
Shift Information: Monday-Thursday, 7AM-5PM
Over time available College campus schedule. MTA transportation in front of campus.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks as assigned
- Assist with the installation and repair of utility systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or potential problems
- Operate various tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with the maintenance of grounds and landscaping
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks
