Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service lane
- Accurately write up repair orders using Dealerlogix
- Clearly communicate service recommendations and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure efficient workflow
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive service advisor/consultant experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
Pay: $67,765.83 - $81,610.46 per year
