Job Overview:
The Director of Integrated Marketing will lead the development and execution of high-impact, omni-channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This individual will serve as a key leader in the Marketing organization, overseeing the planning, creation, and execution of campaigns that span digital, brand, content, direct, and performance channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing programs and go-to-market strategies that align with Leslie’s business goals and customer journey.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (creative, brand strategy, digital, eComm, PR, social, SEO, and agencies) to ensure cohesive and innovative campaigns.
- Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, curiosity, and collaboration.
- Translate marketing insights and consumer data into actionable strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
- Drive performance across channels by leveraging analytics to track, optimize, and iterate campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Champion and evangelize integrated marketing best practices across the organization.
- Lead cross-functional project teams from ideation through execution, ensuring brand alignment and operational efficiency.
- Own the integrated marketing calendar, coordinating campaigns across channels for optimal reach and impact.
- Oversee content strategy and development in collaboration with creative and media partners.
- Present strategic plans, campaign results, and marketing insights to senior leadership (VP, SVP, EVP levels).
- Identify and recommend new opportunities for differentiation, innovation, and growth across marketing channels.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and design programs that support acquisition, loyalty, and lifetime value.
- Foster alignment between marketing, merchandising, and digital commerce to deliver unified customer experiences.

Qualifications:
- 10 years of marketing experience; BA/BS in Marketing or related field required, MBA preferred.
- 7 years of experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated success in leading omnichannel campaigns and delivering measurable business results.
- Experience managing teams and cross-functional project groups.
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics, digital channels, and media planning.
- Loyalty program experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced, resource-conscious environment.
