Job Overview:
A Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in supporting daily distribution operations by ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 /Hourly
Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

A Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in supporting daily distribution operations by ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 /Hourly
Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, scan, and label orders accurately to ensure timely shipment
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks, inspecting goods for damage
- Stock shelves and organize inventory to maintain efficient warehouse flow
- Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following company safety protocols
- Assist in preparing shipments and managing returns as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Support additional warehouse tasks and special projects as business needs arise
- Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or inventory concerns promptly
- Ability to lift, push, and pull inventory (up to 50 lbs) safely
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive movements throughout the shift
- Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible availability; shifts may range from 3–6 hours or longer based on business needs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
