Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual sales goals and KPIs while upholding company values and supporting key initiatives.
- Engage with customers to understand their spa, sauna, and cold plunge needs, providing tailored product recommendations.
- Accurately process sales transactions through the POS system in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment that reflects the brand’s standards.
- Support merchandising efforts and assist with inventory management.
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through follow-ups, issue resolution, and exceptional post-sale service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to complete all required training.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
