Job Overview:
The Retail Operations Support Intern provides operational and administrative support to the Corporate Retail Support team while gaining hands-on experience with retail processes and initiatives. This role offers exposure to multiple projects, including price auditing, store communications, Omni execution, secret shopper programs, and seasonal performance analysis. Depending on the area of focus during the internship, the intern may be involved in a variety of the responsibilities outlined below.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 4 months

Responsibilities:
- Support the Price Drop Initiative and audit corresponding weights and measurements
- Assist with tracking and reporting price adjustments
- Help execute and support the new Same Day Delivery experience
- Assist in monitoring workflows and ensuring timely updates
- Manage postings through Wavelink and Sync Swim
- Assist with the Secret Shopper call program
- Support store-level communications and operational requests
- Assist in preparing seasonal readiness reports
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to the team
- Participate in special retail support projects and process improvement initiatives
- Provide administrative assistance to the Corporate Retail Support team
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and operational initiatives as needed
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree, with an expected graduation date within the next year
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and able to follow through on commitments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to learn and grow professionally in a corporate retail environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
