Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail locations without revealing your identity as a secret shopper.
- Evaluate various aspects of the customer experience, including customer service, product knowledge, and store presentation.
- Interact with store staff to assess their approachability, responsiveness, and overall customer service skills.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of customer service in resolving queries and addressing customer needs.
- Assess the overall cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising of the store.
- Ensure that promotional materials and displays align with company guidelines.
- Evaluate the sales process, including the greeting, product recommendations, and closing techniques.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Record detailed observations and insights during and after each store visit.
- Compile comprehensive reports highlighting areas of strength and areas for improvement.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to store management and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop action plans for improvement based on your findings.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines to ensure the integrity of the secret shopping process.
- Maintain professionalism and discretion throughout the evaluation process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Work Schedule:
