• $60,000 – $125,000 per year — performance-driven, no ceiling

• We need an Installation Field Supervisor who can install and service:

- Steam Boilers

- Navien Tankless Water Heaters

- Navien Combi-Boilers

- Standard Boilers

- All other HVAC Systems

• 3 years residential HVAC installation experience — you can run a job start to finish
• Clean, safe driving record
• Strong communicator — homeowners leave feeling taken care of, not just serviced
• Highly organized, zero-callback mindset, and growth-driven
