About the Role
Lesley Evers Boutique, Inc. is an expanding women's apparel and accessories brand based in the East Bay. We are hiring an eCommerce Fulfillment Associate to pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently across a high volume of SKUs. While your primary focus is direct-to-consumer fulfillment, you will also help maintain inventory accuracy and prep orders for retail store restocks and business-to-business (B2B) accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship daily online clothing and accessory orders accurately.
- Perform quality control checks on all outgoing merchandise.
- Process shipping labels and manage outbound packages.
- Receive, audit, and put away incoming inventory shipments.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse for efficient picking and packing.
- Pick and fill orders for retail store restocks and business-to-business (B2B) shipments as needed.
- Communicate with the customer service team to resolve order issues, returns, or exchanges.
- Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience with order picking and packing for online orders.
- Preferred experience using Shopify and ShipStation (or similar fulfillment software).
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Experience handling large SKU counts
- Exceptional attention to detail, specifically when reading packing slips and verifying items.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
