Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate, based in Jacksonville, FL, with opportunities for remote work. The Associate will manage legal cases, draft and review contracts, conduct legal research, and represent clients in matters related to business disputes, construction law, real estate litigation, and estate planning. The role requires building strong client relationships, collaborating with team members, attending meetings, and preparing legal documents and strategies to support client objectives.

- Experience in contract drafting, review, and enforcement
