This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney based in Jacksonville, FL. The Associate Attorney will handle a variety of responsibilities including providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, and representing clients in negotiations, litigation, and other legal proceedings. Collaboration within the firm and engagement with clients to develop effective strategies are central to this position. The role will involve managing cases within the firm's areas of specialization and ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and representation.
- Strong expertise in Law and proficiency in Labor and Employment Law with the ability to navigate legal systems, cases, and statutes effectively.
- Excellent skills in providing Legal Advice, guiding clients through complex legal challenges with professionalism and accuracy.
- Proficiency in conducting thorough and detailed Research to support legal cases and documents.
- Solid Negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes in disputes and agreements.
- Effective communication, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the Florida State Bar required.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, particularly in the firm’s core practice areas.
