Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY: The Regional Marketing Manager develops, implements and executes comprehensive marketing plans for multiple markets to achieve sales, tire units and customer performance goals. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for: Develop, implement and execute comprehensive marketing plans for multiple markets and targeted stores to achieve planned sales, units and customer performance goals/targets; tracking and refine plans regularly to improve results. Manage workflow of one Marketing Specialist Introduce marketing initiatives to achieve market goals through local marketing, in-market research, competitor response, store specific tests, and sponsorship activation Coordinate market specific strategies and messages across multiple channels; ensure plans are consistent with overall marketing brand strategies and market development needs Visit markets quarterly to research competitors, identify local community opportunities, and meet with store management and partners Work with Marketing Specialist to create new store and grand opening plans Ensuring Marketing Group budgets are balanced MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Educational/Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business required, plus a minimum of 5 years prior marketing experience, preferably in a retail environment. Required Technical Skills/Knowledge: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical skills Proficient in standard Microsoft and/or Google office applications, including spreadsheet, documents and presentation software General Knowledge and Abilities: Self starter; ability to work without direct supervision. 20% travel in Les Schwab geographies required Ability to work under pressure Ability to set and meet multiple deadlines Strong customer orientation Physical Requirements: Frequent use of keyboard and telephone, ability to operate standard office equipment. Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
