What You Have:
- 6 or more years Information Technology work experience & experience in Network Engineering
- Team-oriented, strong communicator
- Excellent customer-facing interaction
- Certification or equivalent work experience or ability to get certification within 1 year:
- CompTIA Security (or equivalent)
- CompTIA Network (or equivalent)
- VMWare VCAP-NV
- CCNA (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs).
- Experience with Autotask or similar ticketing/documentation systems.
- Familiarity with email systems and DNS configurations (SPF, DKIM, MX).
- Strong documentation skills, particularly with network diagrams and system audits.
- Working knowledge of licensing systems (Microsoft, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Experience with ThreatLocker or similar endpoint security platforms
- Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation
What You'll Do:
We're looking for a detail-driven and client-focused IT Stabilization Engineer to join our team. This role plays a critical part in improving the health, stability, and security of our clients' IT environments through Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMIs), infrastructure discovery, documentation updates, and configuration reviews.
You'll work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to identify risks, escalate unresolved issues, and ensure environments are properly documented and maintained. As a senior technical resource within the Stabilization team, you'll also support field technicians, serve as an escalation point, and contribute to long-term process improvements.
Job Type: Full-time, On-site (not remote or hybrid)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM
