Offsite Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are currently seeking a career minded individual to fill a position as an Offsite Client Relationship Representative in our Salt Lake City corporate headquarters. A Les Olson Company Offsite Client Relationship Representative visits customer locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas to provide cleaning of office equipment (copiers, fax machines, scanners, printers), assist customers in setting up supply stocks (toner, paper, staples), gathering information from equipment to be used for billing, and provide face to face support and care for our customers. You will interact with many different people every day and are the face of our company. Therefore, it is extremely important that our Client Relationship Reps have a very professional appearance with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. No experience is necessary in this field to apply for this position as we provide complete training. We are confident our training program will prepare you for a long and successful career. Our customer service staff is well respected throughout the United States for our professionalism, knowledge, and experience.

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Candidate must be over the age of 18
• Candidate must have the legal right to be employed in the United States
• Current, valid driver's license
• Dependable transportation A personal vehicle will be used as part of this job.
• You will receive a mileage reimbursement to cover fuel and wear and tear on your vehicle.
• Professional appearance Basic Computer Skills Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Desire to study and learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Beneficial Skills: Mechanical ability
• Computer experience - software and hardware
