- Lead global adoption of GFM strategies and best practices.
- Optimize program scheduling to deepen Les Mills program offerings.
- Recruit and develop exceptional instructors to fill classes to capacity.
- Deliver education and share insights across markets to ensure clubs everywhere win big
- A strong background in club operations and group fitness management.
- Deep understanding of Les Mills Group Fitness Management Education and how it drives success for clubs.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across global time zones.
- Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and execute.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—you can inspire and educate at all levels.
- Experience monetizing programs through consultancy, workshops, or digital content.
- Familiarity with new training methodologies and technologies.
- A track record of creating scalable processes for global implementation.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
- Passion for continuous learning and innovation.
