What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Maintenance Crew - Outdoor Workers $18-$23 *4 day work week position at Les Bois Landscape?
We’re not like other landscape companies. If you’re an experienced, dependable worker who enjoys working outdoors and wants a steady, high-paying job with no drama, this is for you.
You’ll be running your own solo mowing route of 10–15 small residential lawns each day. We use 30” Exmark commercial mowers — no trailers to haul, almost no bagging, and nearly all mowing is mulched. The system is fast, clean, and lets you work at your own pace without waiting on a crew.
Pay & Schedule:
- $18–$23/hr based on experience & efficiency (top solo operators earn more)
- Standard 4-day workweek, optional extra days for more income
Requirements:
- Experience in landscaping, construction, roofing, or similar outdoor work
- Valid driver’s license (clean enough to drive company vehicle)
- Able to work outdoors in heat, lifting 50 lbs, 8-10 hours/day, 4–5 days/week
- Attendance: Must not miss more than 1 scheduled workday per month. If you can’t show up consistently, this job isn’t for you.
