Les BBQ is one of the fastest-growing BBQ brands in America.
From our restaurant in Utah to customers nationwide, we create authentic Texas BBQ experiences through our restaurant, eCommerce business, catering division, events, and digital content.
We’re looking for a talented Content & Growth Manager who can help tell our story and create the content that fuels our growth.
This is not a traditional social media job.
Your content will support advertising campaigns, email marketing, SMS marketing, customer acquisition, catering growth, and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
* Capture photo and video content
* Create reels, shorts, stories, and social posts
* Film restaurant operations
* Film catering events
* Capture customer testimonials
* Create founder and team content
* Manage a content calendar
* Build and maintain a content library
* Publish and manage social content
Qualifications
* Strong portfolio of content creation work
* Experience with social media content creation
* Experience with video editing
* Strong photography and videography skills
* Comfortable filming people and telling stories
* Self-motivated and organized
* Strong communication skills
Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube preferred.
