Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Washington, DC. The Maintenance Technician will perform day-to-day tasks such as equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and executing repair and industrial maintenance responsibilities. The role involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all property systems and equipment while supporting long-term property management goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance tasks
- Strong Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technical issues
- Experience in performing Preventive Maintenance to ensure system longevity
