What are the responsibilities and job description for the Test Operations Supervisor- Dynos position at LER TechForce?
LER Techforce has an immediate need for two Test Operation Supervisors to support, faciltate, triage, and coordinate a large engine dyno test cell block. This role requires the engineer to be onsite and have had previous experience with coordinating and running the test cells. The role is for first shift.

- Co-Lead a workforce of test engineers and technicians in a 24/7 3-shift operation.
- Maintain current safety protocols and develop new improvements for team
- Ensure test schedule with proper conformance.
- Ensure drivers and mechanics properly document all vehicle issues and potential customer concerns.
- Ensure dynos are running to avoid unnecessary down time.
- Lead on-going process improvements and best practices across the facilities in order to drive improved performance regarding safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale.
- Able to work additional hours as required, including holidays and weekends when needed.

- Previous supervision/leadership experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- 3 years of experience in testing, calibration
- Familiarity with testing and operations of dynamometers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Able to work additional hours as required; including holidays and weekends when needed
