- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, skills, and experience needed for open positions.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on job requirements, expectations, and timelines.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, job fairs, social media, professional networks, referrals, etc.).
- Utilize the ATS (Workday) to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate tracking, and reporting.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Conduct thorough interviews (both technical and behavioral) to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and passive prospects for future opportunities.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and meet Talent Acquisition Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment.
- Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives, such as employer branding, diversity and inclusion efforts, and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years Recruiting and Sourcing experience with strong focus on high-volume recruiting for salary roles. Manufacturing and automotive experience required.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing roles, skills, and qualifications across various functions.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software; experience with Workday required.
- 3 years of sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and industry professionals.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
