Senior Model Based Systems Engineer

What you will be doing:
- Requirements capture
- Voice of the Customer translation of the system and then sub-system component requirements
- Decompsition from system to sub-system and making sure they are correct
- Collaborating peer to peer
- Capturing the system context on how features work
- Facilitate discussions regarding new technologies and risk mitigation plan.
- Reviewing and creating system requirements for engine, EV, aftertreatment systems, and other related products
- Apply state of the art systems engineering methodology
What you'll need to be successful:
Essential:
- College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines.
- 5 years plus years of experience in model based systems engineering role
- Proficiency with SysML
- Windchill RV&S/PTC Integrity experience preferred
- Experience with engine aftertreatment systems
- Experience with engine (diesel, gas, CNG, or hydrogen)
- Experience with MBSE and SysML
- MS office suite solid knowledge is required.
- Humble, and teachable
- Effective and collaborative team player
- Good communicator - written and verbal
