Senior Mechanical Engineer
We are seeking a motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This role offers the chance to design, integrate, and test complex vehicle systems while solving challenging engineering problems in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do
Design and develop reliable, cost-effective heavy-duty vehicle components.
Perform engineering analysis, calculations, and testing to support new and existing vehicle programs.
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless system integration.
Evaluate designs for performance, safety, and reliability.
Mentor junior engineers and support production issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited) in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Systems, or Software Engineering.
3 years of relevant industry experience.
Full-time, onsite presence required.
Strong problem-solving mindset and hands-on approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with electro-mechanical system integration and product testing.
Familiarity with root-cause analysis, data acquisition, and post-processing tools.
Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Stand-Out Skills
Proficiency in 3D CAD tools.
Background with military combat systems.
Knowledge of video signal design and transmission systems.
