What you will be doing:
- Defining best practices with design of the Steering Mechatronic System
- Define architecture for electronic steering systems that are robust, reusable and optimal.
- Mentoring and collaborating with team members
- Develop an understanding of the steering mechatronic system enterprise data and the associated processes.
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders maintenance, reusability, and optimization.
- Navigate challenges to solve complex business problems.
- Determine capability of design through analysis and test.
- Determine design conformance to requirements.
- Participate in Design Reviews
- Analyze failure modes of components or subsystems.
Essential:
- College, university, or equivalent BA or BS degree in Engineering
- ZF (Wabco) or Bosch experience is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence and mentor team members on electronic embedded controls
- Must be a self-starter
- Ability to collaborate and generate outcomes across teams
- Good communicator - written and verbal
- Great collaborator
- Experience with Bosch Servo-E
- Bosch Servo-Twin experience
- Experience with ZF ReAX Steering
