Junior Commodity Manager – Electronics / PCBA
LER TechForce is hiring a Junior Commodity Manager to support our sourcing and procurement team focused on electronics, PCBAs, and electro-mechanical components. This is a great opportunity to build strong commodity management skills while working alongside experienced supply chain leaders in a fast-growing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Execute purchase orders and maintain accurate ERP data (pricing, lead times, supplier info)
- Support supplier onboarding and qualification for electronics/PCBA components
- Assist with RFQs, quotes, cost-comparison analysis, and spend reporting
- Track supplier delivery performance and help expedite materials to support production
- Partner closely with engineering, planning, and production teams to align supply chain activities

Required Qualifications
- BS in Supply Chain Management
- 3–5 years of related experience
- Understanding of electronics BOM structure and PCBA manufacturing basics
- ERP/MRP experience strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA
- APICS / CPIM / CPM / ISM / ASQ certifications
- Syspro ERP experience

Pay: $59,939.84 - $72,185.62 per year
