This is a contract/resident engineering opportunity.

What you will be doing:
The Energy Systems Engineer - Integration & Features (EV/HV Systems) Owns development and integration of Energy Systems features across HV battery, thermal, charging, and energy management systems. Drives delivery from concept through production while ensuring system performance, integration, and validation.
What you'll need to be successful (must haves):
- Own end-to-end delivery of Energy Systems features (thermal, Client, charging, 12V/HV systems)
- Define and maintain system requirements, specifications, and validation plans
- Lead cross-functional integration across hardware, software, and controls teams
- Support HV/LV architecture, bus integration, and communication interfaces
- Identify and resolve system-level integration gaps and interface issues
- Develop DFMEA, DVP&R, and system validation strategies
- Support Agile development, system reviews, and program milestones
- Coordinate cross-team activities and drive issue resolution
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field
- Experience in EV/HEV energy systems (battery, thermal, charging, or power electronics)
- Strong understanding of system integration, V-model development, and requirements management
- Experience with MBSE/MBD tools (MIL/SIL/HIL) preferred
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
