Customer Application Engineer – Aftertreatment
Are you looking for a role where you can use your knowledge of integration of aftertreatment into an OEM chassis? This project requires an experienced mechanical engineer with integration of tier 1 components onto an engine.

What you will be doing:
- Assisting with supporting customers and product development teams regarding integration of the aftertreatment system onto an engine
- Representing the aftertreatment supplier to the engine team to explain how the aftertreatment system works, help troubleshoot issues, and answer questions
- Resolving integration issues
- Explain the engine requirements to the aftertreatment systems engineers
- Conducting data quality checks
- Applies and improves processes
- Assures installation quality by validating prototype machine performance and ensuring installations meet requirements Utilizes Analysis Led Design (ALD) and Six Sigma tools to optimize product and system performance Proposes innovative customer-focused initiatives and projects.
What you'll need to be successful:
Essential:
- College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines (Mechanical Engineering degree HIGHLY preferred)
- 1-5 years of engineering experience
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
- Must be willing and able to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
- Mechanical mindset
- Knowledge of solid modeling with CAD software
- Knowledge of mechanical drawings and harness drawings is preferred
- Humble, teachable, and capable of solving their own problems
- Effective and collaborative team player
- Great collaborator
- Calm under pressure

- Experience with engines or aftertreatment systems
