What you will be doin
- g:Support the design, implementation, and calibration of On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) strategies in accordance with evolving system architectures, technology developments, and emissions regulatory requirement
- s.Assist in evaluating OBD monitoring boundaries and diagnostic concepts to help ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards and project requirement
- s.Participate in OBD development activities, including requirements analysis, diagnostic algorithm development, calibration, validation, testing, and certification suppor
- t.Utilize engineering tools and programming languages such as Python to develop analysis scripts, automate routine tasks, and support virtual modeling and calibration activitie
- s.Analyze and process large datasets using advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, investigate issues, and support engineering decision-makin
- g.Develop required BPU level failures for smart sensors and actuators using CAN-based manipulation technique
- s.Support the planning and execution of engine, aftertreatment, and powertrain testing activities on dynamometers and vehicle platforms for gasoline and diesel application
- s.Assist with the installation, commissioning, and operation of powertrain test setups, including conventional internal combustion engine and hybrid-electric configuration
- s.Analyze test results to assess system performance against project objectives and regulatory requirement
- s.Document test findings and prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and customer review
- s.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems, software, calibration, testing, and certification engineers to support the successful delivery of OBD development project
