Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioral Health Program Manager to oversee and coordinate mental health and behavioral services within our Mobile Response and Stabilization Services . This leadership role involves managing clinical programs, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care across diverse populations, including children, individuals with developmental disabilities, and those requiring crisis intervention. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in behavioral health therapies, case management, and clinical research, with a commitment to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and compassionate care.
Duties
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team that includes therapists, skill-building staff, and parent peer support roles as needed.
- Maintain strong working relationships with community partners to ensure services are coordinated and accessible.
- Monitor the program’s performance, financial health, and overall quality, while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and impact.
- Work closely with the Chief Clinical Officer by providing regular updates, sharing insight from the field, and supporting strategic initiatives.
- Model the organization’s values through your leadership style, communication, and commitment to high-quality care.
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Social Work or related human services field
LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LMFT-S in good standing (or extremely close to obtaining their “S”)
Strong clinical, supervisory, and crisis management skills
Experience in behavioral health leadership
Ability to travel locally for team support
Pay: $80,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
