QE - Product Review Clerk

Job Overview:

The QE Review Clerk V is responsible for shipping all Corporate and Customer samples and supporting sample pulling duties. QE Supply ordering and tracking while staying within QE budget.

At Leprino Foods, compensation range for this role is QE Product Review Clerk V Rate $25.21 - $28.99 (Break in rates and $0.75 cents differential pay from 6PM - 5:59AM applies).

Job Description:

• Ability to cover shipping & sample pulling as needed.
• Responsible for ordering analytical supplies for QE and production.
• Responsible to maintaining accurate inventory weekly.
• Ability to create and enter Purchase Reqs using SAP.
• Ability to navigate Maximo for CAPA/WO entry and negotiate pricing.
• Ability to contact vendors and request quotes.
• Ability to create LIMs work request for samples shipping to corporate.
• Responsible for ensuring and communicating delayed deliveries to affected parties.
• Direct interaction with Corporate, FedEx and TWW representatives.
• Responsible for the safe and adequate operation of lab inventory in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Reconcile 3rd party invoices through Esker On-Demand Accounts Payable System.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Sr. Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Proficient in math, analytics and reasoning skills.
• Experience in the Manufacturing, Quality in Food, of Quality in Dairy industries is preferred.
• Experience with SAP and MES applications is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities/Competencies:

• Knowledge of food safety expectations, SOPs, Cyberdocs, and MFG specifications.
• Has excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver on deadlines.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple functions and tasks within the scope of accounting and hold and release team.
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Working Relationships:

• This position reports to the QE Hold & Release Supervisor.
• This position will have no direct reports.

Physical/Mental Requirements and Work Environment:

• Ability to speak, read, and write the English language.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to access elevated work areas such as climbing ladders/stairs.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and comply with all applicable safety practices.
• Ability to work any shift, weekends, holidays and possible overtime.

Pay: $28.33 - $32.57 per hour
