Leprino, a global leader in the dairy food and ingredient industry, is seeking a Whey Lactose Dryer Operator to join our team in Roswell, NM. Leprino is the world's largest supplier of mozzarella cheese and one of the largest suppliers of premium dairy nutrition ingredients. At Leprino, starting compensation for this role is $21.68 with step increase at 6 months. In addition, anight shift premium of $1.25 per hour is added for hours worked between 6 PM and 6 AM.

We Ask of You:
- At all times, work in manner consistent with safe operating practices.
- Operate the protein and lactose washing/drying process as per Company specification.
- CIP of the protein dryer, lactose dryer and lactose process.
- Perform required sampling and maintain production logs.
- Monitor instrumentation and process.
- Perform required operator preventive maintenance, including but not limited to dryers, silos, crystallizers, pumps, valves, centrifuges, etc.
- Adhere to all Company and regulatory GMPs.
- Perform required housekeeping.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Foreperson or Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Ability to perform essential job functions safely.
* Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
*Must be able to work Sunday - Saturday, off-shifts, weekends, holidays, and required overtime to support a 24 hour/7-day operation.
* Must be able to work a minimum of 8.5 hours.
* Demonstrated ability to complete work assignments with high degree of accuracy
* Must be willing and able to work any shift, day, or night
* Must have a strong work history

Physical Demands and Work Environment
