StartingSalary:
Alltraineeswillstartatabasesalaryof$75,000,withaninitialrelocationassistancepackage(lump-sum)of$6,000.Upongraduationoftheprogram,Leprinooffersafullrelocationassistancepackage!Thispositionasanannualtargetbonusof5%ofannualearnings.
TraineeResponsibilities:
- Learnanddemonstratetechnical/functionalcompetenceinmanufacturingandqualityprocesses.Developandapplysafetyandpeopleleadershipskills.
- Uselearnedknowledgetohelpsuperviseteamoperationsandmakerecommendationsforlaborandmanufacturingefficiencies,costsavings,andqualityimprovements.
- Assistwithteamleadershipbysupportingandimplementingprogramsinoperatortraining,safety,communications,performancerecognition,andinternalemployeedevelopmenttoensurepeakemployeeefficiency.
- Helpsupervisordailyshiftoperationstodeliveronmanufacturingstandardsandqualityparameterstoachievetargetedproductionvolumesforareaofresponsibility.
- Buildandcultivatestrongworkingrelationships,collaborationwithintheteamandwithteammembers,andapositiveworkenvironment.
- Prepareanddeliverpre-shiftmeetingsandpost-shiftpassdowncommunications.
- Beactivelyinvolvedintheplant'squalityexecutionprogramtoachievequalitygoals.
- Maintainhighefficiencyandcostefficiencythroughaccurateschedulingofproductionandprocessingoperations,maintenance,andworkforce.
- IntegrateLeprinoQualityintoallaspectsoftheprogramasevidencedbydemonstratingcontinuousimprovement,teamworkwithco-workers,distinguishedcustomerservice,andstrivingforperfection.
