Your focus will include:
- Leading daily operations across Rental, Service, and Parts
- Managing workflow, equipment utilization, and turnaround times
- Coaching and developing team members across multiple functions
- Driving performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Monitoring KPIs and taking action to improve results
- Partnering with HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership teams
- Creating a strong, accountable, team-first culture
- Ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence
