Job Summary
Lawn Equipment Parts Company (“LEPCO”) is seeking an innovative, energetic full-time Demonstration Specialist with outdoor power equipment experience for the mid-atlantic region. LEPCO (Lawn Equipment Parts Company) is a reputable family-owned company of more than eighty-five employees with our corporate office in Marietta, PA.
The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of sales, previous equipment sales experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide demonstrations of equipment to potential customers.
- Maintain all demonstration equipment.
- Oversee maintenance of demo truck and trailer.
- Prepare, deliver, set up, breakdown and work open houses or shows.
- Provide information and marketing materials to customers
- Present products in a clean and organized manner.
- Work with the dealers and Territory Managers to provide the correct information to potential customers.
- Manage the fleet of demonstration equipment.
- Maintain an electronic logbook.
- Report to all demonstrations.
- Assist with dealer display setup.
- Assist with special projects as assigned

- Compensation includes a bi-weekly salary commensurate upon demonstrated previous experience and a quarterly commission based on company's sales performance.

What does it take to be a LEPCO Team Member?
- Uphold LEPCO’s values & customer-centric mindset
- Experience in the outdoor power equipment industry
- High school diploma or general education degree required
- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to tow a trailer
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- A focus on attention to detail
- A positive attitude
- Ability to manage deadlines
- Complete tasks in a timely manner
- Experience working with the Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficiency working with technology including PC’s and mobile devices
- Ability to work independently while regularly collaborating with co-workers
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check, physical and pass a post-offer drug screen
- Must be able to work legally in the United States
