Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dayton, OH. This position focuses on identifying and developing referral relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other partners to increase awareness of Leora’s services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating qualified leads, managing outreach campaigns, and maintaining a pipeline of prospective partners. The specialist will participate in community events, schedule and lead meetings with stakeholders, deliver presentations, and provide follow-up communication to ensure strong, ongoing partnerships. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, collaborating with clinical and operations teams to align growth initiatives with program capacity, and representing Leora Behavioral Health in a professional and mission-driven manner.
