We currently have an opportunity available for PART-TIME CNA/CMA positions for our 2pm to 10pm shift.
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to serving our elders with the highest level of care possible. To provide quality consistent care, we value and rely on dependable staff. Many of our staff members have worked within the organization for over 10 years and several have exceeded 20 years of service. In 2017 we celebrated 50 years of service.
We participate and model our person-centered care through the Promoting Excellent Alternatives in Kansas Nursing Homes (PEAK) program. We are proud to be 1 of 7 PEAK Mentor Homes in Kansas.
We have established three small areas of living, known as neighborhoods, with groups of 12 to 25 elders. Each neighborhood has their own kitchen, living room area, and spa to provide a home-like environment, not only for the elders but staff as well. Individually staffed neighborhoods provide employees to work with the same small group of peers and elders every day.

Requirements:
- Current valid licensure in the state of KS
- Long term care experience in a person-centered home (preferred)
- Positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skill
- Must present a professional demeanor
