MRO Network Manager

Job Title: Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Network Manager
Department: Customer Support and Services AWPC
Reports to: Senior Manager ILS, AWPC
Location(s): AW Philadelphia

Summary of Position:
Responsible for strategic decision, technical development and commercial definition of Maintenance and Repair solutions with partners in North and Central American market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assess Service Centers and Repair Center capabilities

Setup periodical audits at qualified AW service stations

Collaborate with legal department to produce service station agreements

Negotiate the commercial conditions with MRO partners, in collaboration with Supply Chain Management

Manage the setup of MRO network for the new systems and aircraft models being introduced by AW in the American market.

Produce technical reports on potential partners for MR&O services

Organize on the job training to develop AAC personnel repair capabilities

Coordinate the validation of repair procedures with internal and external repair facilities

Qualifications for Position:
Education -BS in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
Experience -Three years in a similar role in the aviation sector and preferably in the helicopter industry.

4.Intercultural awareness, ability to work on documents involving legal and commercial details on top of technical evaluations.
5.Able to work under pressure and meet customer deadlines.
6.Well-organized and adaptable with a flexible approach.
7.Understands FAA Part 145 framework.
8.A knowledge of Italian is a strong plus
